Where is my shopping cart?
Your shopping cart is located in the top right of any page. Hover on it to see what is in your cart. You can also search items by clicking the magnifying glass.
How will I know if there is a sale or promotion?
The best ways to know about a sale or promotion are to subscribe to the monthly Newsletter (sign up through the pop-up or enter your email at the bottom of any page) and Follow Starfish Education on Social Media.
How can I pay for my STEM goodies?
Products can be paid for via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover) or Purchase Order (see below). For Credit Card Purchases- Once you’re finished shopping, view your cart and click the Proceed to Checkout button. Then, click the Proceed to Payment button at the bottom of the page. Enter in your information and click Place Order. Once your order has successfully been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation to the email you provided.
Will you take a Purchase Order?
Starfish Education will accept Purchase Orders for any orders totaling $150 or more. Here’s how to pay with a Purchase Order. You can also send me a note to make arrangements too and I’ll help you through the process. A 10% administration fee will be applied to Purchase Orders paid after 30 days of receipt of product.
Can you help with shipping costs?
Shipping costs are high for all of us! If you are placing a large order containing multiple physical products, I might be able to help by manually calculating the shipping instead of letting the algorithm take over. (If you’re paying with a purchase order, your shipping costs will already be manually calculated.) Send me a note to request a manual shipping calculation.
How do I get my purchased products?
Digital products can be downloaded from your confirmation page immediately after purchase. Each product can be downloaded one time for each license purchased. If you didn’t realize this and opened them on your phone or tablet (and so don’t have the file), send me a note and I’ll reset the link(s) for you.
Physical products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Depending on where you live in the USA, you should received your order 1-4 days after it has been shipped.
Why does it say ‘you’ve reached your download limit’ when I click the download link?
Each product can only be downloaded one time for each license purchased. But, to keep things interesting, some browsers (depending on the settings) may force the download to happen automatically. If this is the case, look in your Downloads folder (Ctl + J). If you can’t find them there or you’re not up for the challenge, send me a note.
Why didn’t I get a response to the email I sent you?
I personally reply to every email, so sometimes it takes me a day or two. If I’m out of the office for an extended period, you might receive an Out of Office response until I can get to my email, but I will respond as soon as I can. If you don’t get a response at all, it is likely that my reply ended up in your spam folder (regretful, but it happens), so be sure to check there.
My question isn’t on this list. What should I do?
Send me a note and I’ll get back to you usually within 24 hours. If you think you’ve waited long enough for a response, check your spam folder as some districts and organizations sometimes do too good of a job blocking email.
